A ceramic pour-over built the Kalita way: a tapered, ridged cone that narrows to Kalita's signature three-hole base. Three small holes in a row, instead of one, keep the water in even contact with the grounds and take some of the pressure off your pour, so it's forgiving on the mornings your technique isn't all there. Ceramic holds heat, which keeps the brew temperature steady from the first pour to the last. It sits over most mugs and carafes, takes Kalita 102 filters, and makes two to four cups.
