How we handle your information.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you join our waitlist: your first name and email address. We do not collect payment information, addresses, phone numbers, or other personal data on this site. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers at this time.
How we use it
Your name and email are used to send you updates about Bayit Brew Coffee, including opening news, soft-launch invitations, and occasional updates about the shop. That's it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside the service providers below.
Where it's stored
Waitlist information is stored in Klaviyo, our email service provider. Klaviyo handles delivery of our emails and stores the list of subscribers. You can read Klaviyo's privacy practices at klaviyo.com/legal/privacy-notice.
How long we keep it
We keep your information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom; one click and you're out.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to: see what we have on file for you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@bayitbrew.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA; if you're in the EU or UK, you have rights under GDPR. Reach out and we'll honor them.
Cookies
This site does not currently use tracking cookies. The site uses standard functional cookies needed for the form to work and to remember your dismissal of any banners. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this policy and request consent where required.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business evolves (for example, when we add online ordering or analytics). When we do, we'll update the date at the top and, if the changes are significant, send a note to subscribers.
